FORECLOSURE ATTORNEY
CONTRACT POSITION • MULTIPLE STATES
Are you an experienced foreclosure attorney? Do you enjoy working for yourself but would welcome the support provided in a larger firm environment? We are currently seeking experienced attorney’s to co-counsel with Activist Legal to advocate for the rights of creditors in default proceedings.
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in foreclosure proceedings. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, eager to build their client base and have experience across multiple case types. If you have experience across all or some of the following areas this could be the role for you; Contested Foreclosures, Eviction, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, REO, Title Curative, Tax Matters, and Land Contracts.
Activist Legal is a community of creditor attorneys, providing legal services to facilitate the resolution of debts. Drawing on the team’s experience and passion, Activist Legal strives to achieve innovative and pragmatic solutions for their clients. We are client focused and aim to reduce clients stress as we help them through their default matters. Our attorneys work remotely on a contract basis. They are typically sole practitioners or working at mid-size firms.
